No member establishment fees for returning members

Stoked about this update 👇 It's something we have wanted to do for ages and we also know it's something you've all asked for.

From 19 May 2025 we've eliminated the $9 +GST membership establishment fee for returning members! This simple change makes it easier for your clients to renew or add new memberships, helping you retain more members and increase loyalty 🎉

What's changing?

We'll automatically waive the $9 +GST establishment fee when:

• A member renews within 30 days of their membership expiring
• An existing member adds a new membership alongside their current one
• A former member returns within 30 days of their previous membership ending
